What exactly a Pandemonium is? According to the dictionary it's a noun that means UPROAR and CHAOS. Evidently, I'm pretty pessimistic with what's happening nowadays especially in our country. In the everyday of my life when I sit down at that old couch and turn on the TV set at 7pm I usually see someone being holdapped, a mouse-and-rat chase between the police and the suspect or a gov't official who's ranting about being cheated or filing a case against an another gov't official. Same old, same old. PEOPLE, AREN'T YOU TIRED OF THIS?
Just this evening when I was on my way home Ate Ina told me what had happened in MAKATI.
Ate Ina:
Ate, binomba yung gloriettaMe:
Huh? Ano? Saan?Ate:
Dun daw sa may Luk YuenMe:
Huh? Dun sa may tabi ng Starbuck's?!Ate:
Ahh, oo, binalita kanina ehI was really shocked with what she just told me. And at that moment when she was telling me all these
I saw a kid holding a toy gun ready to fire at his playmate. At the exact moment ah, as if seeing this kid was planned. As if it was telling me something.
When I got home, I rushed to the kitchen to look for mama. There, she told me evrerything. The creepy part was when she told me she was planning to go in glorietta to buy some gifts and christmas stuffs but THANK GOD she didn't. She decided NOT TO 'cos Papa won't let her. I don't know why but I'm really thankful that she didn't.I got goosebumps all over when she told me that. And eto pa, you know LUK YUEN? The chinese resto where the explosion has started. LUK YUEN is my mom's favorite chinese resto in Glorrieta. She USUALLY goes there to eat whenever she's in glorietta.
Apparently, this case is still in investigation. Whether it's a terrosist attack or a mechanical human error with the gas, someone should pay for this. I won't blame names 'cos I don't know anything specific in this case. 'cos I'm just like anybody else here, I sit on the couch and watch tv. Got surprised with what happened and THAT's IT.
86 people got injured. 86 people who were traumatized by the sound of the explosion the fire, the debris. 86 people were hurt.
It was 8 people who died. Eight strangers for me. Probably, I saw their faces once at a mall or just passed by them. Eight people who have dreams, talents and a LIFE. Eight people who have family, friends and love-ones and probably haters too. Eight people who worked hard on something if not, probably, has a passion for something. Eight people LOST their LIVES. Eight people and hopefully, the hospitals won't be counting again for an another life lost.
